LAX Parking Garage Historical Data: Tableau Dashboard

This dashboard was created using historical data that I collected using live data of the LAX aiport parking garages every five minutes from January 9, 2024 to February 1, 2024. The slider and and menu on the right side of the visualization can be used to filter by date and individual parking garages. I combined and currated the data into a single CSV file which I imported into Tableau Public.

Taking a look at the dashboard, it's apparent that parking garages P3 and P4 are the most consistently filled parking garages at LAX. This is likely due to their central location in the airport and because they're closest to the international terminal. Garages P-1 and P-7 are generally less filled, being located at the airport's entrance and exit. The Budget and Economy parking garages are located much further away from the aiport and tend to never reach full capacity or change as rapidly as the other parking garages that are located directly at LAX.
